1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mankuca LMS ("the Platform"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Mankuca is a SaaS (Software as a Service) core banking and Loan Management System designed for Microfinance Institutions. The system provides features such as loan tracking, repayment schedules, customer management, accounting ledgers, and reporting.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating any local, national, or international lending laws.

4. Data Ownership & Availability

Your institution retains full ownership of all client and financial data inputted into Mankuca LMS. We employ industry-standard security measures (including 256-bit SSL encryption) to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security against malicious attacks.

5. Subscription & Payment

Use of the Platform requires an active subscription. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access to your institution's data. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mankuca LMS and its creators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including data loss, loss of profits, or regulatory penalties incurred by your institution.
