Terms of Utilization
1. Service Level
Mankuca provides an integrated operating system with a targeted uptime of 99.9%. Support is available via the command center during standard operative hours.
2. Acceptable Conduct
Users must utilize the platform in compliance with local laws and regulations. Any attempt to breach our multi-tenant isolation protocols will result in immediate termination.
3. Partner Program (Refer & Earn)
Earnings & Commissions
Partners earn commissions only on successful, paid subscriptions. A referral is considered successful once the referred client has completed their registration and made a successful payment for any Mankuca subscription plan.
What qualifies?
- Full Paid Subscriptions
- Monthly/Annual Renewals
What doesn't qualify?
- Free Trial Sign-ups
- Cancelled/Refunded Payments
Payout Schedule
Verified commissions are reviewed and processed on a monthly basis. All payouts are sent via the payment method selected in your Agent Dashboard. Mankuca reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraudulent activity or spamming is detected.
