1. Service Level

Mankuca provides an integrated operating system with a targeted uptime of 99.9%. Support is available via the command center during standard operative hours.

2. Acceptable Conduct

Users must utilize the platform in compliance with local laws and regulations. Any attempt to breach our multi-tenant isolation protocols will result in immediate termination.
